Program Developments

Project H.E.L.P.'s major objective in the 2008-9 school year is to close the achievement gap at  Bishop Elementary School.  Closing the achievement gap at Bishop Elementary School is the initial step in making the Sunnyvale School District the first in the state to demonstrate that all children, regardless of socio-economic background, can succeed in our public schools.  Project H.E.L.P. has convened the Sunnyvale Community Collaboration, which includes the Sunnyvale School District, Bishop Elementary School and the local community, to achieve this goal.
